Coast vanishes when zooming in

The latest version seems to have a bug. When zooming into a map near the coast, at a certain zoom the coast disappears and phantom land appears where there was previously sea. You can no longer tell where the land ended and the sea began because the sea has vanished.
Tried this in Essex, UK and San Fransisco.
Anyone else?

Thanks Arno. Here's what I see when I zoom into the California coast... It only happens after a certain zoom level, before that it's all sea.

This happens when no ferry maps are installed.

Thanks Juergen - that's exactly what it was! I've installed the ferry maps and the problem has gone away.
