Classic Go crashing

GO Classic
My Classic Go keeps crashing. Any ideas how to cure it? Suspect due to syncing - worked fine until I connect it to my iPhone.
 
Disable MyDrive sync on the device.

Settings, then TomTom service, disable MyDrive sync on the device to reactivate it to transfer a route.
