The Carminat built-in system is currently experiencing an issue where it displays an hourglass icon or -- : -- and fails to show the correct time.

This issue is currently affecting only Carminat systems with serial number IA.

We are aware of this issue and our team is actively investigating the cause to resolve it however, at this moment, a fix is not available. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and we appreciate your patience and understanding while we work on fixing this issue.

Amazing that they are still supporting these older systems while a lot of manufacturers drop support after 5-10 years.

Renault is the one in charge. In any case, there are no more system updates.
Map updates are now chargeable.
So it's all to your advantage.

Still, they are doing more than a lot of other manufacturers.
I had a Carminat TomTom in my 2010 Megane and it was a great system for the time. No touchscreen BS, but a intuitive joystick surrounded by buttons. You could operate it without taking your eyes of the road.

¿cómo va la solución al problema de mostrar la hora en el navegador? es fundamental que funcione para usarlo óptimamente.
gracias

This is not an official TomTom solution.
