Cant update my devices

my devices are fine connecting to the pc its a my drive problem
 
If it's a problem with your computer's hard drive, we won't be able to help you.

Ask a friend if you can connect to their computer to perform the updates.

its not a problem with my computer if you read the ori post its a my drive connection problem

I'd say TomTom are having problems? Can't log in to account either through normal home page or through account link on MyDrive
 
das Problem liegt an dem Programm "TomTom MyDrive Connect", seit ca. Oktober/November 2025 macht das Programm Probleme beim Update von den größeren Karten.
bei der Version 4.5.0.5086 hat noch alles gut funktioniert.
leider wird das Programm automatisch auf die neuere Version gebracht, was in diesem Fall überhaupt nicht hilfreich ist.
Das muss Tomtom auf alle Fälle nachbessern.

I get the same message on two different pcs they then freeze after 2 minutes and I have to use task manager to escape the freeze. Tomtom have told me how to download and install the software and treating me like an idiot when it clearly is a software problem.
 
bei mir funktioniert der Download nicht mehr, dazu kommen zwei gleiche Fehlerfenster mit:

Die Inhalte für Ihr Start 20 mit der ID AY6164A94939 konnten nicht heruntergeladen werden
Überprüfen Sie Ihre Netzwerkeinstellungen.

Die URL lautet wie folgt:

Ein Hinweis auf die Problemursche gibt die Datei Log.txt:

...Cache error. Error code: 6. Error message: SSL handshake failed...

Die Karte ist mit der genannten URL problemlos downloadbar,
aber wie schiebe ich sie myDrive Connect unter, um sie dann auf den Navi zu übertragen???
