Can't Restore

I try to Restore my 720 I have backed it up a few times no problem. Now today I tried to restore it and it says missing some files that were there and now missing off the SD card. Do I have to delete everything and start over and if so is there an installation CD to do it???

Does it tell you what files exactly that are missing? Perhaps you can replace just those files from the backup.

Other than that, you probably need to restore it all.

It says [Some volumes (example SD card ) that where present during previous backup are not currently present on your Tomtom device and cannot be backed up or restored. So how can I get it back to the way it came out of the box and start over

Try to located the backup manually. Copy the backup and paste it to your tomtom drive.
