Hey guys,

I have the Tom Tom Go630 and i had no problem connecting my own phone to the device. But my mom wants me to connect her Black Berry to it.

I'm not a black berry user so i really don't know how to change settings, and unfortunately my mom doesn't know much either.

so here are the details

As far as i know the blue tooth is enabled on the black berry. but every time i go to search for phone on hte tomtom it says it can't find any devices.

am i missing a step to set up the black berry? those are the only steps i used to set up my own phone with the tom tom

thanks for the help guys!

What blackberry model is it? What phone company?

You need to make the blackberry "discoverable" before having the Tomtom search for it. Most newer phones (especially smartphones) will only stay discoverable for a few minutes max, as remaining discoverable in crowds is an easy entry point for cellphone viruses.
