Can't "Checkout" via TomTom Home

I have a TomTom XL 340S LIVE that I wish to update the maps on, however, when I go to verify that I want to buy the maps I get a server error. I have tried to 2 different computers running Windows 7 with all the updates and Norton Personal Firewall 2010 turned off. TomTom Home is up-to-date. I have tried 1 computer connected via wireless and one physically connected to the router. I then connected the desktop directly to the modem, firewall off, and still get the error. Attached is a screenshot of the error.
