Ok I bought my TT in TX. It comes with US and Guam maps pre-installed. I live in Germany. Naturally I hopped online and downloaded the German Austria map set. Downloaded installed, switched on TT no German map. TT home shows the map, even manually exploring the TT shows the map. I contacted the help people and flash reset and putting some bloody certificate has not helped. I feel like it is something so damn simple. Please help! 
Nevermind... Downloaded update after I posted this and the map was right where it was supposed to be. I think I downloaded some GPS fix thing and that is what did it. Thanks for all the help
