Cannot find voices

I downloaded the Starwars package to my Start 25. After purchasing it then downloaded to MY Drive ok, then downloaded it to my TomTom. ok. I cannot find any traces of the voices on my TomTom.

Any ideas?

Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds and see if they are listed then. Also, number for Cust Suppt:

Just tried the reset, and it worked! Voices are now showing.
