Cannot download QuickFix via bluetooth phone

I have a TomTom One 3rd Edition running NaviCore 7.162 and V720 Map. For some reason, downloading GPS QuickFix via my bluetooth phone gives an error showing "Error Error" in 2 lines. I have no problem downloading color scheme via the phone, so I think the phone connection is ok. I also have no problem downloading QuickFix via TomTom Home 2.

Does anyone know why I got this error? Thanks!

Quickfix dont work via bluetooth

I have the same problem with the one new edition on my pc it works fine

Same Issue

I am having the same issue with my One XL. I can connect to get weather, buddies, map updates, but not the GPS Quick Fix.
