Cannot connect

I have a TT 5100 and I am running the latest version of MyDrive Connect.

When I connect the 5100 to my Windows 10 laptop the screen on the 5100 tells me that it is connected to the computer and that I should use MyDrive Connect to msnsge the device and maps.

The MyDrive Connect software tries to connect to the device as soon as the connection is made but it fails to make a connection and after several minutes just gives up.

Under Control Panel/Network Devices I am told that the TT is working correctly.

Before the recent MyDrive Connect update it worked OK.

Any suggestions?
