Canada and USA newbie

Two months ago I bought TomTom One. It works well when I charge through my PC but if I connect my car charger for charging and using on drive screen is getting dead. if I switch on again it is getting off again. Can any help me fix this problem please?

Do you mean when you use your car charger the TomTom just switches off?

Jones, do not rely on the car charger to charge your unit.
I suggest to charge it on the USB only and see if it starts up after 4 hours or less of charging.
