Can u adjust screen sensitivity on GO 920?

Hi. Finding the touch pad a bit stiff, like you need to push firmly to activate buttons, rather than a gentle tap. Is there any way to make it more sensiive?
 
This can be altered by TomTom as part of the Navcore software install but its certainly NOT something a user can adjust - Mike
