If you don't have a TomTom account, you need to create one.

Is it strange that you have version 24.200? Normally, the latest version for your GO 600 is: 25.100.0001 from 06/03/25

I've updated a new tom tom update ( see insert) but the mydrive just sits on desktop all white background no connection to device .. I open tomtom icon first , then I plug in TT600 ... .The TT600 says on the faceplate :
" Your computer and device are now connected! Use Mydrive connect to manage .."
but alas no connection........

help...!
