Can I correct TT POI's?

I've noticed that many POI's are outdated or incorrect on my new TomTom 740. Is there a way to either correct them or delete them? These are the ones that come with the TomTom.

Sure. Play around with mapshare. Go to Map corrections then correct a map error then the right arrow and finally edit poi. Then you have to follow the yellow brick road to all different kind of corrections. If you have any specific problem just ask it on this forum. Good luck

I noticed just the other day that every filling station icon was a Texaco, when in reality just about every filling station in Colorado is either a Conoco or Phillips 66..what happened here?
