One of the springs in the windsreen suction pad appears to have become disconnected from the pad itself. As a result there is a gap between the pad and the plastic base on 1 side. I've tried glueing it without much success and I can still use it but it's not very secure on the windscreen and if anything else goes wrong with it I really will have a problem.

I need to know either how to repair it or where I can get a replacement. Nowhere i know of stocks these anymore, including TomTom. If I can't fix it does anyone know where I could get a replacement? I only need the neck and pad. I think I can then romove the old one from the back of my current unit at the ball joint and swap them over.

Any ideas?

After having an issue with my 720 after 7.5 years I found tons of stuff on Ebay. there are a few OE 750 suction mounts on there. Don't know what yours is supposed to look like..

I have already tried Ebay but couldnt see any items that looked like mine. I need the pad connected to its mounting arm. The pad itself doesn't seem to be detachable from that. All I did find on Ebay was a few complete mounts at prices around £75 which seems a lot to me. I'll keep looking.
