Bluetooth Skipping sound

Has anyone had this problem. I will be using the bluetooth talking to someone then once in a while when they are talking it sounds like a CD Skipping on the last thing they said. I then have to restart and call them back. It has happened a few times in the last month. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. Thanks.

Mine is always plugged in when it does it.
