Bluetooth over the stereo question

Can I use the Hi-Fi bluetooth connection to play music/navigation over my stereo and use TomTom's as a bluetooth reciver for my cell phone at the same time?

I don't believe so - only one device at a time. This is especially limiting when trying to use bluetooth hands-free and data and if you have a remote control, you cannot use both at the same time either.
