Blue&Me TomTom fault

Hi, I'm a newbie with a problem. I have a Blue&Me TomTom and the Blue&Me preferences seem to of disappeared!! Any ideas what could of happened?

Have you tried a reset of the device? press and hold the on/ off switch until the device restarts - Mike

Having never seen a blue&me, I have no experience here. But try the steps below, as they fix similar issues on other devices:
