blue and me

my tomtom go2 blue and me is blank and will not turn on. I have it in the mount on the dash of my 2013 fiat 500e. I bought the car used and it did not include a computer cord. I have tried holding the button down. I have tried tapping it. No drums.
1. Is the go supposed to charge/power up when in the car mount?
2. Can someone help me get the proper computer cord?
3. Or is my unit dead?

Thanks for the link to the guide and cord, sadly my tomtom GO model 4CS03(4MF 0 001 03) does not have a mini usb port, it has an in-line 20 pin connector on the bottom. No other access. Help!?!

Cord goes in the mount, I believe. Check with support:
