The Staples ad scan (Black Friday Ads - Adscans Downloads - The Official Black Friday 2009 Website) is showing a Go 830 for $169. Kinda hard to read, but it looks like "830" to me.. No such model on the TT site, so I guess it's being introduced for this sales event?

I assumed it was a 630 in my post, only because no 830 has been announced. Of course, you never know what Tomtom may have up their sleeve.

I found the 830 listed here as well (http://blogs.zdnet.com/gadgetreviews/?p=9204&page=6&tag=col1;post-9204), so I too made an assumption. I just don't know if I am willing to wait in line for more than a few hours on a cold Nov. night. The guy at Best Buy said people begin lining up the day before!

Walmart's ad is out:

125-SE: $59
325-SE: $89

The 125 and 325 are the lowest-end American models avaialbe, I'm wondering what else Walmart could possibly strip out in their "SE" version.

Actually the 125SE is reported to include TTS, unlike the original. That would make it a great device for a great price and probably my choice for the best of the Black Friday deals. We'll see if that info pans out on Friday morning.

Amazon's got a pretty good deal going thru Nov. 26th. The XL340 (not the TTS model) plus a leather case for only $99, free SuperSaver shipping.

Amazon is also showing the 340S for $157 (new, not a refurb), and the Go 730 for $199 from one seller, so we may not have to wait in the cold dark on BF!

I just ordered a Factory RF 920 from Amazon.com for $184.00 + 5.95 shipping and should have it in a couple of days. I am replacing my 920 that burnted out due to car charger USB plug in. ( was out of warrinty )
I personaly like the 920 with the features it has but it isn't for everyone.

I borrowed my brother in-law's Garmin 255W to get me down to Florida and although it isn't a bad unit I prefer the 920 over it.

Yeah, I got that email too, and was all set to buy the XL 335S for a friend. Try as I might, I cannot add it to my cart, and for sure no one is working at TT today to complain to. Other models will go into the cart, but not that one. Any ideas?
