This is not a question about TomTom devices nor a complaint about a bug- just tangentially related to TomTom.
TomTom used to provide a service to Microsoft called Streetside view as part of Bing Maps. This allowed you to place a marker on the maps, and get an interactive view of the surroundings from street level. Over the last 10 years, many TomTom vans traversed the world's roads, taking photos and GPS coordinates, and uploading to a big database. As far as I know, TomTom never shared this data directly, but it was available for free through Bing Maps.
Until last week - it recently disappeared. I was wondering if anyone else noticed this.
