How do I use Tom Tom to see road ahead but with no destination ?

Just don't set a destination?
Some TomToms automatically switch to 2D view when you haven't got a route set, but AFAIK you can always manually switch back to a 3D "driving view".

I love to ride my motorcycle on back roads. I also want to know when there are sharp turns ahead. Also, my speed thermometer is broken and I use it to indicate my speed. So, all I have to do is is just turn it on ?
