Go to Google, type Bart on skate board then click on images.
Click the one you like, save it and the put it in the Avatar section of your profile.

First part still the same, second part save it as splash.bmp or splashw.bmp to your Internal when your computer sees the device as a drive (letter +: ).
The newer OS versions for HOME devices also allow .jpg .png, etc.

I have a whole bunch of pictures in my "photos" folder and on my 930 can pick any at will to be my splash screen.
