Anyone else having issues buying hardware in New Zealand?

I can't seem to find anyone who will sell me a windscreen mounted Tomtom GPS or parts, like a new suction cup in New Zealand.

I rely on having a single function unit that is always in the car and I'm considering changing to another manufacturer to keep this.

The app dosn't work for me, it is infuriating and frustrating because I have to set up a phone each time I get in the car, then argue with dozens of apps fighting for attention instead of just telling me where the heck I am.

TomTom has abandoned all but the European market for PND sales. We here in the Americas are in the same situation. Anything you find there in Aus or NZ will be a dribble discovered somewhere in the retail distribution channel or used.
