Android Tomton go app unable to log in

I lost traffic updates today and upon investigation I have been logged out of the subscription services. If I try to log in I get the opportunity something went wrong screen
If I put in a wrong password it says that the password is wrong. And if I try to reset the password in the app it just says something went wrong.
If I go to manage plans my current one ends in April 2026......
Any ideas? Without traffic updates it is useless.
