Go Premium, Go Premium X, TomTom 6200
Good afternoon! Maybe someone can help me. I have a Go 6200 device that has not been updated for a while. Neither the map nor any other updates work either via wifi or TomTom my drive connect. I have tried everything, including deleting the maps and doing a factory reset, but nothing helps. Ooops something went wrong. Please try again., that's all, what happens.

Are you offered updates?

Update via Wi-Fi; your GPS device must not be connected to your computer.

If you say the GPS hasn't been updated for a long time, it means that TomTom must have disabled all updates. You must contact TomTom to have them reactivate your rights.
