Alerts & Sounds setting keeps changing back to default of Visual & Sound only.

I have a problem with my TomTom Go app in settings, where I set the Alerts & Sounds to Visual, sound & verbal but it keeps defaulting back to Visual & Sound only, when I restart TomTom Go.
Any Help on how I can permanently keep my setting as Visual, sound & verbal would be much appreciated.
