I can't actually add anything. (from my PC to the device using Add Comm Content)

I was only able to create one from scratch on the device itself.

I must have misunderstood. I thought that once you had created it on the unit, you could then replace with the same name (file) from the PC. Not so?

No! Add Comm Content is still reporting 0 Mb free space and will not allow me to copy ANYTHING from PC to the device.

As of today, problem not fixed, and CS seems to be ignoring me now, not answering my emails or anything else.
