activation code too short

Hey all,

Wonder if you can help.

Bought a tom tom go 720 over the weekend - its brand new as it was afrom a reseller, but the activation code in the box on the tom tom mad update leaflet wont work - it appears to be a digit too short.

Anyone have any ideas?

Shouldn't need an activation code. What happens when you log into Home with the unit connected and try to register with an email address? Doesn't even have to be a real address, just in the form of (e-mail address removed).
