930t problems after update

Hi
I've got a 930t and updated it last weekend afterwards it kept freezing at the start up screen, I have restored using explorer and it now works apart from the report safety camera position, the icon is greyed out so doesn't do anything when you try to select it,
ANy ideas?
 
The services icon is also grey out and you can't select it,

Just check on the safety camera section in TT home and I says camera positions are on device but i need to download and buy the subscription, this I did when I got the device 6 months ago?

As you have a paid for subscription to use the TomTom cameras and the server isn't letting you access the data you need to give customer support a ring in the morning 0845 161 0009 as there must be something wrong with your account at their end - Mike
 
Just a thought
Make sure you are login to your account on your TomTom devices
Maybe it didn't restore the login information on your TomTom
