Since there is no 930 Forum I am posting here.

Has anyone been able to use ALG with the 805.1801 North_America map?

I can't speak for the 930, but 805.1801 North America maps and ALG works fine for me.

I added the line with the link by Editing, after I talked to Support.

There are supposed to be 8 locations in the US where ALG works, but none in Canada.

Huh? 8 locations? ALG screens pop-up all the time while travelling in my area. I would love to hear their definition of "location".

I agree ALG works in many places here in central Florida.

That is good news indeed. I contemplated that she just said that so I would not raise much of a stink.

I wonder if it would be worth asking the moderators to set up a Sticky where City & State could be listed where North American users found ALG to be in effect.

Within any given region, or city/state, ALG availability is really intersection/interchange-specific. While it shows up in many places near here, that doesn't mean it appears EVERYWHERE you might think it would be beneficial.

What I did to check it out in-store was to plan and demo a route on a display model in a local store, choosing a start point and destination that I knew would take me through some relatively complex interchanges.
