920 went crazy yesterday and today, and some storage & reset Qs.

You are on the right screen. Choose the third (bottom) option while in a wide open area outdoors. This apparently recalibrates the device.

That screen is titled "Coordinate display".

All it asks is, "How should latitude and longitudes be displayed?".

The three options are; Degrees, Minutes, and Seconds.

Are you saying to select "Seconds (d?m's")" ?

Sorry to drag this out...I just want to make I am at the right place.

No. I don't think that's correct. As far as I know there is no recalibration feature in the TomTom. At least not one that I've been able to find with my 7 days of playing with it.

From the source:

I spoke to cus support, they said there is a way to "re-calibrate" the GPS.

Make sure you're in a open area (no buildings, etc.)
Main screen
Tap on the bars (lower right corner)
New bars, tap on them again
New page ? tap configure
New page ? choose seconds
Done.

What exactly it does, the service rep wasn't able to explain, but it did help. He also said that the avg margin of errors is 40-50 yrds.
