910 Announcing wrong street names???

I have the new maps on here and the new navcore 7 and it is announcing the wrong street names. Example Lexington ave is announced as Nester rd. I'm completely confused. I reverted back to the previous navcore with the previous maps and have tried using backups but i never did a complete backup on the original setup, so the backups don't seem to have helped either.

Help me.

Try pin reseting your TomTom three times and then run the clear flash tool.

It resets your tomtom three times, and then clears the flash.


the clear flash tool will probably do the trick....my tomtom 910 used to add 10 to any numbered street before speaking....a reset and clear flash did the trick.


As for resetting three times, it is basically overkill, but why not do it, it only takes a couple of seconds...
