Are the POI files for the 835 update for the 9xx series available for the 7xx series yet or do the previous POI work with the latest maps?

I would imagine you would have a major space problem. The 7xx series use a much small database and adjusated maps for under 2 giga of space on the 7xx models verses the full non compromised map for the 9xx with the larger full pois.

not if you use a SD card. I have done this for every map release as someone usually will post the POI files for download.

They fit on internal memory if you remove all foreign language computer voices.
