I have a march 2010 750 Go Live w/ full paid services till 05/2012.
I have reinstalled, updated, done anything and the net result remains the same:
The device hasn't been connected to my computer when the traffic cam alerts stopped working, so I assume that the data is onboard the device, but somehow the device is stopped from showing or alerting for the traffic cameras - I would suspect a setting on the Tomtom server??
The odd occasions on which the device does alert for traffic cams are after I've done something like re-installling or updating - but that trick doesn't work all the time.
I also left the problem with Tomtom tech support (several times), and today I got the strange comment that this is something new that happens to some devices - not all of them.
Does this sound familiar to anyone - would anyone out there have a solution?

- 99% of the time the traffic cam alerts don't work
- sometimes the traffic cam alerts work for just one trip
- Once the traffic cams alerts worked for three trips
