720 + MobilNova

Well officially its not on the supported list and since the 520/720 are the only units with the NavCore7 firmware I'm not surprised.

I do believe though they are working on it.

I don't want my copy to not function when they rollout NavCore7 to the rest of the devices :(

Still won't "detect", but It did install to my TT however... Was able to go in, but haven't converted a video yet (I think I need to find one that is < 2 mins long, the conversion keeps failing on my own stuff)

Will let you know....

Having trouble converting, here is my error message.

It was installed with default options. Like I said, I can "see" it in my TT720, and can enter it - just obviously I don't have any videos.

yeah exactly, that's why I'm asking before I purchase

Thanks! Good luck with the video playback!

MobilNova worked for me!!!

Hi,

I was able to install mobilnova 2.0.0.6 on my tomtom go720 and on my computer. I had no errors whats so ever! I was able to convert a 1hour and 22 min .wmv file.

My tomtom application version was 7.0.10 and I was using windows xp with service pack 2.

Thanks,

Since you actually tested it, it gives the older devices hope when TT rolls out NavCore 7 to the other units.
