Alright I see questions about it not coming on but mine will be stubborn about staying OFF. I hold the off button for 2 sec like it says, shuts down ok. Sit the 720 aside and about a minute it comes back on. Try a number of times and finally it will stay shut off. I have it disconnect from all external power sources. Have all the updates/upgrades loaded. Anyone give me some ideas to try? Thanks,

My TomTom did that when I first got it... I ended up calling customer service and the rep told me to do the pin reset. It worked for the next few times I turned it on and off, but then started acting up again. I reset it several times, but to no avail. I ended up replacing it. The new one doesn't have the issue. It may need to be exchanged...
