720: dwnloaded & installed a map. Map not appearing

As mentioned in the title, I have the GO720 and purchased an Italy map today. When starting tomtom home, it listed the Italy update, which I promptly installed. After installation completed, I safely disconnected from my PC and turned on the Tomtom only to find that it was not listed in the change map section.

I am so confused as to what the problem may be. Is there any way to re-install the Italy update?
Any suggestions?

If it downloaded ok, you should find it here:
C:\Documents and Settings\yourname\My Documents\TomTom\HOME\Downloads\complete\maps\

If you do, then you can install without using Home. See here:
