6250 will not send route from my drive

I use My Drive through my phone and often send to device this has now stopped working ? Any reason why this happens ?
Also I have not received any new map updates ?
any help on this issue available
 
Have you tried sending a route with Mydrive web.
Also check on the GPS if you are properly connected to Mydrive with your login credentials.

Unless I am mistaken, version 11.00 for trucks has not yet been released.
 
I only use My Drive through my android phone, always logged in.
Also I thought around Xmas time the new map would be available
 
Try with Mydrive Web to check if it's a problem with the application or if it's a connection problem.
 
I also have the 6250 , but I am absolutely no friend of MD. And I get along very well with the 6250 is clearly better than the GO Expert!
I must confess that I also understand the usefulness of MD to transfer a route! I can but on the 6250 also plan and change a route, why on the smartphone and not directly on the device?
