330XL Freezes but if left alone works

I don't know what's happening but I bought a new 330xl and after I updated with the sam voice (after getting I/O Error in chrome:// when trying to write files to the internal memory),the boot screen freezes but eventually after left alone for awhile it's back to normal.I wonder what the average boot up time is for the 330xl's are anyways.

Ok,I wonder why it's booting up so slow then cause I can access the gps through tom tom home which is strange,but when it boots up normally it won't show the menu till it gets in hibernate mode and then it'll show up.

Try resetting the unit by holding the power button for about 10-15 seconds.
