I've been looking at getting a new larger SD card for Go classic since I can't fit all my maps on the 1 gig card I currently have.
Micro Center is selling 2 Gig SD cards for $30.00. There is one down the road from me so I decided to give it a try. I've read how the Go can be very picky when it comes to SD cards so I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't work and I made sure I could return it.
On my Mac, I backed up and restored my Go Classic running firmware version 6.5.2 via TomTom Home 1.3.
It started up and is working perfectly. This is by far the cheapest SD card I've seen.

a word of warning, This has been a big topic in the UK with SD Cards people have bought cheap 2GB cards and guess what they did not work, the general rule of getting a card to work in the TomTom is buy a reputeable brand, and speed no less than x60 or you will have problems.
