Thought I'd sorted this out yesterday but apparantely not.
Bought my TT 550 Live from QVC which came bundled with a 12 months Live service subscription. The claim form was sent to TT last wednesday with the serial number/e-mail and my address etc, but still in Mytomtom it says 1 month ?
I've tried the helpline but this appears to be a complete waste of time ( on hold nearly 1 hour) then I gave up.
Therefore I shall wait another 2 days then return the unit to QVC ......let them have the agro.
