The 28 days have run out and I have had acceptance of my claim and an extra 14 days added to my Live Services account. That runs out soon as well.
I'm not hopeful as TomTom say it's not their problem and the provider says it's not theirs either.
Given the poor level of service it's unlikely to happen without loads more effort.
I'll tell you what as well - I have yet to find a correct mobile or those yellow camera things. They are all 3 months out of date. Who would pay for that?????
