    Just wondering how they apply the offer to your account as I have completed the paperwork and sent this of the day after I brought my unit. have any of you done this if so what is the sort of time line and how do you know when it has been applied to your account.

    The device comes with a months worth of free Live services, at some point within this period TomTom should apply the extra 12 months to your Live services, if you only filled this in yesterday the first anyone at TomTom will see your request will be Monday morning as they tend to have weekends off - it could happen next week or might take as long as three weeks no way of knowing - Mike
