0-60 measurment

Does anyone know of an application that will measure the 0-60mph speed?
It seems like it should be really easy to do but I can't find anything that does it??

Seiko v1.0 or Rolex v1.2 does it very well

Seiko and Rolex are watches. Just get a passenger to time you with a stop watch.

GPS is too slow. It takes a second or two to catch up to you.
