Just bought a Tomtom One XL a couple of weeks ago and needed some help with the unit,so I called the customer service line and was very surprised at the GREAT customer service that I had received.They were knowledgeable,courteous, and very willing to go beyond the call to solve all of my concerns.
I've dealt with Magellan customer service so I am aware of the other end of the spectrum so I very much appreciate good service when I get it.
