Hello everyboy

I need some help here big time. I connected my Traffic Antenna this afternoon and a pice of the Plug on my tomTom fell apart. It apears to broken. I would like to get it repaired. Does anybody know of a Repair Shop in the Hamilton/Toronto Area?? I really aprecate any helpa n input.

Is it the usb type antenna or the round hole rd-tmc antenna? What part broke?

You might try calling these guys and see if they can help or know somebody in the area who can.

It's the round hole rd-tmc antenna and a little black piece fell out from inside this connector.

 

You might want to call tomtom support at 866-486-6866 and see if there is a warranty on this item.
