Voice Recognition not working after upgrade (did have support.dat set to 1)

After upgraded to app 8.3 and the latest map, I lost VR. There're still two icons under Address but after I clicked it (spoken), it still asked my to type in the address.

I did follow the instructions here, i.e., had a support.dat file under ASR dir and set the content to a single bit of "1". Anyone know what's going on?

Make sure you check that all the Cspeech files are in the North_America_2GB folder.
