Trouble with a Go 6100

Hi I got a tomtom 6100 go and the screensaver keep coming on how do I get rid of it

Hi comes up whit tomtom logo comes on wen drive and went not I have reset on the s settings two time but so you're plugging it comes up to 3 minutes later

What screensaver? What does it show? When does it show? While driving? Try a drum reset on the unit by holding the power button about 20 seconds till you hear the drum sounds.

Are you using the cable that came with the device?
